Is easyJet in for a bumpier ride?

The drop in easyJet’s (EZJ)’s share price in the wake of its interim results was attributed by some commentators to the accompanying announcement that chief executive Johan Lundgren is stepping down. He retires next year after leading the company through a difficult period when Covid travel restrictions played havoc with revenues.
